About this service

Cancellation of Removal is an immigration court defense that can allow you to obtain permanent residence if you have at least 10 years of continuous presence in the U.S., good moral character, and can demonstrate that your deportation would cause extreme hardship to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident family member.

Requirements

For residents: be a permanent resident for at least 5 years and have lived in the U.S. for 7 continuous years

For non-residents: have lived in the U.S. for 10 continuous years
